The property consists of 50 acres and is an active regenerative beef cattle operation. Approximately 2/3 is mostly cleared, gently sloping land upon which we run Santa Gertrudis. The remainder is timbered, steeper country and it is this area that leads to The Bluff Lookout, upon which the property derives its name.

The views across the valley in both directions is simply breathtaking. At dusk, watch the light and the air change as the sun dips below the horizon, setting the clouds alight in a myriad of colours.
